Berthage Agreement

By berthing at the Digby Harbour Port Association (DHPA) facilities, you agree to the latest Vessel Berthing Agreement (VBA).

Purpose of Agreement:

To provide berthage for your vessel at the Port of Digby Fishermen’s Wharf (the “Wharf”), subject to the terms set forth by the Digby Harbour Port Association, which may be updated periodically. This Agreement is effective from January 1 to December 31 of each calendar year and is renewable annually at the sole discretion of the Digby Harbour Port Association.

These rates are essential for covering the operational and maintenance costs of the facility. Please note that these rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Association, with efforts made to provide users with 30 days' advance notice of any adjustments.
